Training and Development

We offer various programs to help employees grow:

	New Employee Training - Standard training courses developed to help new employees quickly
	adapt to Hontech family as well as their jobs.
	On-Job Training - Internal trainings provided within each department to assist current employees
	in improving and upgrading their professional knowledge and skills.
	New/Reserve Manager Training - A series of courses designed for new or reserve managers
	to develop their management skills.
	English Training - English courses developed for junior and senior managers to improve their
	English communication skills.
	Experience Sharing - Seminars hold occasionally by senior management to share their
	experience with all employees.
	Online Resources - A platform for employees to get different kinds of information online.
